How the delivery process works


Shop online from over 2,000 new vehicles  and used vehicles . One of our friendly, knowledgeable sales guides can assist you in finding the perfect vehicle for your needs. More than 48% of our annual sales, new and pre-owned vehicles, are delivered to the customer through Door to Door Delivery.

We will provide trade appraisals , financial credit applications  and have all the paperwork ready for you to sign when we deliver your vehicle to your home or office.

We provide our ClearWay menu to you on the vehicle that you have selected that includes everything you need to know up-front: monthly payments, taxes, and even your trade-in value.

Once you select your vehicle:

  • Your vehicle will be delivered within 48 hours
  • Online paperwork preparation and email updates
  • Personalized time with Finance and Insurance Managers
  • Scheduled doorstop delivery by Berlin City specialist
  • Vehicle will be delivered clean and with a full tank of gas
