PORTLAND, Maine - Recently Toyota Motor Sales announced recalls on several Toyota models. Berlin City Toyota, in Portland Maine and Gorham New Hampshire have acted swiftly to provide answers and solutions to its customers. The dealerships announced today that they have expanded their service hours to expedite the repair of vehicles affected by the recall. Parts from the manufacturer are arriving daily at both dealerships. The Portland Toyota service center will be open 24 hours a day.
In addition to the extended hours, Berlin City Toyota will expand its shuttle service; offer a multi-point inspection and a courtesy wash and vacuum plus customers will receive a certificate for their next oil and filter change at no charge.
Toyota owners have experienced much concern; Berlin City Toyota has facilitated a plan of action to assist their customers. "Most of the people we have seen in the dealership want answers and want reassurance that their vehicles will be taken care of and that they can once again feel confident with their Toyota vehicle." said General Manager, Berlin City Toyota of Portland, Eric Johnson.
