It's that time of year again! Movember, the month formerly known as November, is right around the corner and we invite you to join us in the global movement.

What is Movember?

Movember is an annual charity event where men grow moustaches for the month of November to raise awareness and funds for men's health- specifically cancer affecting men.

How Does It Work?

Participation in Movember is fun and simple. Start by registering as an individual or a team captain on Movember.com. Then start Movember 1st clean shaven and get growing! It's not just for the men, moustache-loving ladies play an important role as team captains, morale boosters, and support.

Throughout the month, get your friends, family, and colleagues to donate to your moustache-growing efforts. At the end of the campaign, celebrate your journey at an official Movember Gala Part?.

All funds raised in the US benefit LIVESTRONG and the Prostate Cancer Foundation.

Why men's health and cancers affecting men?

? Men are less likely to schedule doctor appointments and stay in touch with their doctors, thereby denying them the chance of early detection and effective treatment of common diseases.

? 1 in 2 men will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, while 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed.

? 1 in 6 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.

? Men are 35% more likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer than women will be diagnosed with breast cancer.
